Rhythm’s Futures Progression Camps Wraps Up An Epic Season

It’s getting to the point of the season where businesses are starting to close their doors, the seasonal influx of workers are formulating their post-season travel plans, and the kids’ programs are beginning to come to an end. One of which, is the Rhythm Rides Futures Progression Camps.

To celebrate, we threw a massive graduation party for all the local shredders who have fine-tuned their skills alongside the expert guidance of our instructors over the course of the season in the Rhythm Futures Progression Camps and Futures Mini’s Program. Because as any athlete knows–after training is complete, a party is well and truly in order.

The BBQ was sizzlin’ (thanks to Beau from The Social); the beers were flowing (for the parents), and the kids were partying hard, with snowball fights taking over the Moiwa car park and putting everyone in risk of copping a snowball at any given moment.

“Ollie and Ella both enjoyed lessons very much and improved tremendously !! We are so amazed at how well presented and fun the program was.” – Akiho and Tom Phillips

To make things even better, mother nature turned the taps to full-on spring mode and beamed sunlight as the kids enjoyed riding Moiwa’s runs, playing in the snow and coming together as a team to complete a treasure hunt around the resort’s forest landscape.

After a hearty lunch left everyone tuckered out, we sat down for a huge award ceremony, where each child was gifted a personalised certificate from their instructors, who over the course of a mammoth season helped each and every participant reach their goals and enjoy Niseko’s incredible winter terrain to its fullest.

“The Futures program has given both our boys a really solid grounding in advanced ski techniques and ski hill safety, as well as providing the space to make great friends and have a blast through the powder with experienced coaches.” – Michael Davenport

We’d like to thank the Rhythm Rides team of instructors for their hard work over the course of the season; Moiwa for helping host such a memorable event; K2 for sponsoring the skis and boards that the kids got to enjoy all season; and all of the parents who signed up their kids; we couldn’t have made these incredible progression camps happen without your support.

Here’s to an even bigger year for Rhythm Futures in 2024/25!
