What are progression camps?
The Futures Progression Camps cater to athletes aged 7 to 14 who have already reached an intermediate level or higher. During our two-week camps, run with a maximum of five athletes per instructor, our experienced coaches will focus on building strong group dynamics to establish individual and collective goals and show their effects by the end of the second week.
This program is ideal for individuals who are passionate about skiing or snowboarding in Japanese powder snow. With a focus on freeriding, our coaches will develop fundamental techniques and skills, and create long-term plans for achieving high-performance results.

Meet The Team
I have been in the industry for over 31 seasons now & during this time held various positions from instructor, trainer/examiner, development & competitive level coach & women’s specific freestyle & freeride programs. And most recently as Snowsports Director of Asia’s largest international school. I have been fortunate to live & ride in some amazing mountains & communities around the world including USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Chile & Argentina & Japan. Since coming to Japan 9 years ago my passion has been on developing my skills & knowledge in the backcountry.
Hailing from Ushuaia, the “End of the World,” I’ve been in the ski industry since 15. Worked in various ski schools, gaining experience in different services. My true passion lies in kids’ development programs. In Japan, I envisioned offering this to Niseko’s young visitors. With Tareesa and our skilled coaches, we now provide comprehensive coaching. Excited to welcome you!
