TAX FREE SHOPPING
Our Rhythm stores feature all of the top year-round mountain-wear brands and hard goods from leading ski and snowboard companies.
Tax Free is applicable for merchandise purchased in store – minimum spend is 5500 JPY after tax.
Please note Rentals, Rides and Workshop services are not eligible for tax free.
Physical passport hard copy is required to process Tax Free. Soft copies, photo copies, and photos will not be accepted.
Rhythm Tunes Workshop
We offer a full range of tuning, mounting & repair services by our highly trained technicians. We use the latest Wintersteiger machinery, offering top-notch stone base grinding, ceramic disc edge finishing, hot waxing and general repair work for skis/ snowboards and bikes.
Rhythm & Beans Coffee
Rhythm & Beans Coffee serves delicious premium coffee at it’s finest every day in both Rhythm Japan’s Niseko and Hakuba locations. It has always been a popular coffee shop for locals due to its established chill vibes, especially during the busy winter season.
Rhythm Hirafu Niseko: 08:00-18:00
Rhythm Summit Niseko: 09:00-15:00 (Winter season)

MULTI RESORT RENTALS
Rhythm Japan provides the option of collecting and returning rental equipment to ANY of our store locations (Niseko, Hakuba and Furano), making your snowtrip as hassle free as possible.
If you’re visiting a combination of Niseko, Furano, or Hakuba you can seemlessly enjoy rental equipment at each location without the need to travel with gear. A great option for saving on travel and rental costs.
RENTAL GEAR RETURN
Thank you for choosing to rent with Rhythm Japan. Now you’ve enjoyed some epic turns, there are two simple ways to return your rental gear to us:
- Return to the store: Head to one of our store.
- Return to one of our services centers
IMPORTANT: GEAR MUST BE RETURNED BY 10AM THE DAY AFTER YOUR RENTAL PERIOD ENDS.
COURIER RETURNS
Planning to enjoy your rentals at a resort which doesn’t have a Rhythm store available for drop-off? Simply let us know when you collect your gear and we will prepare a pre-filled courier slip so you can leave your rentals with your accommodation provider when you are done.
Please note this service incurs extra fees.
FREE PICK-UP/DROP-OFF
If you have pre-booked your rentals, we can pick you up and take you to our shop to collect your rental equipment.
Our Niseko area includes Hirafu, Niseko Village, Hanazono, Annupuri & Moiwa.
Our Hakuba area includes Happo, Wadano, Echoland, Goryu and Tsugaike.
Our Furano area includes Kitanomine to city centre.
Shuttles cannot be pre-booked ahead of time, please call us 10-15 mins in advance. This service is only avaliable for customers with pre-booked rentals.
FREE RENTAL SWAPS
Swap between skis and snowboards! Try different models of skis and snowboards! Unlimited gear swaps are available on our standard and premium rental packages.
Please note specific models can’t be reserved in advance.
OVERNIGHT STORAGE
Customers renting our premium package are eligible for free overnight equipment storage in our lockers on the first night of their rental period.
Storage spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
