SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Due to the nature of a quickly moving shop and web store, we appreciate the customer’s understanding in the rare case of an inaccuracy in our inventory resulting in the sale of an item that may be out of stock. In this case a refund will be processed immediately for the total amount of the sale and our customer service team will contact you directly for further assistance.
Rhythm covers all domestic cost for our online store.
International shipping customs duties and tax payments are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom duties and tax payments can vary greatly depending on the destination country.
The charges are payable upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.
It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate and provide information to customs department in the case further information or payment is required.
International shipping is offered to all countries outside of Japan.
We have the option click and collect, which will allow you to pick up your order in our Niseko store.
We use International Courier door-to-door services for shipping.
If you would like to request a specific method or courier please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will direct you to our logistics department.
We are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
Click and Collect is available for all international and domestic customers.
This option is complementary for every order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your product is ready for pick up. Please wait until you receive this before visiting our store.
You have 14 days to collect your order. Please bring your order number (00000…) and photo proof of ID
If uncollected after 14 days you will be contacted to determine the status of your order and the goods will be returned without further notice.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Rhythm is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

For domestic purchases, we offer a refund or exchange worth the equivalent of the total sale value on most items with the following conditions:
Items returned beyond 14 days of the original purchase date are not eligible for return or refund
Refunds may take up 14 business days to process and are issued in the form of original payment
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
All sales on sale items are final
To initiate a return, please email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
Eligible items can be returned by shipping the merchandise back to Rhythm at the customer’s cost. Alternatively, the item can be returned in store at our Niseko location.
After receiving approval for your return, please package the product securely and send it back to the address below along with the original receipt. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to insure proof of delivery.

All International sales are final.
Due to high shipping and processing costs, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
Unless you received the wrong product or it is defective, all international sales are final.
If the merchandise is returned in store within 14 days of purchase the customer is eligible for a refund or exchange under the same conditions as a domestic purchase.
Products purchased as click and collect are eligible for same return/exchange policy as domestic purchases as long as the goods are collected within the 14 days collection period. In the case the product is collected after the 14 days, a store credit will be issued equal to the amount of purchase. No refunds are possible.
All products sold by Rhythm online store are covered by the manufacturers warranty policy. Rhythm will liaise with manufacturer or supplier on behalf of the customer whenever possible. The manufacturer will make all final warranty decisions.
Any warranties may take up to 30 days to process.
For warranty items purchased through Rhythm taken outside of Japan, Rhythm will assist the customer in gaining contact with the manufacturer or supplier in the relevant country.
If the warranty must be handled in Japan, return shipping on warranty claims should be paid by the customer (for speed of processing), however the total shipping costs will be reimbursed by Rhythm once the product has been warrantied by the manufacturer.
The manufacturer or Rhythm will cover return shipping chargers on all items replaced or repaired under warranty.
