What’s Open in Niseko for Summer

Lifts in Niseko will stop turning in early May but that doesn’t mean the fun comes to an end! Niseko is increasingly becoming a hot spot for summer tourists, which means loads of businesses are now keeping their doors open all year ‘round. Here are a few of our favourite summer shopping, dining and drinking destinations!

Zaka

Niseko’s most fashionable boutique is now open all summer long. In store you’ll a find range of luxury golf wear from Kjus along with athleisure clothing from well-known German apparel brand Bogner. Zaka will also showcase a selection from Moncler, an Italian lifestyle brand synonymous with sporting style and affluence.

Burton

The world’s favourite winter brand will now be available in Niseko over the summer months. Burton Niseko will stock a range of streetwear along with camping essentials and lightweight outdoor apparel.

Musu

Located within the iconic Odin Place Building near Hirafu’s main intersection, Musu will continue trading between June and September this year, serving its signature cocktails along with tasty tapas style meals. Don’t forget, just because you can’t ski, doesn’t mean you can’t après!

Rhythm Japan

Rhythm is always the best spot in town to fuel your adventures, even when temperatures are on the rise. Mountain bikes and road bikes are available to rent or buy and you can book yourself a tour guide who will take you to check out the top cycling spots. Stand Up Paddleboard tours are also available so you can explore the lakes, rivers or stunning coastline around the Niseko region. Gloorious Coffee

Located inside Rhythm, Gloorious will be open and serving the best coffee in town during the green season. Come and enjoy a barista brewed flat white, cappuccino, latte or whatever style you prefer. You’ll also love the relaxed vibe and may even run into one of the town’s favourite playful pooches. Or you can bring your own doggo along!
