Niseko’s most established ski and snowboard retail and rental store, Rhythm Japan, is now offering an exclusive in-house fitting and shopping service. By booking through one of the store’s partner agencies, Rhythm’s Platinum customers can enjoy a custom ski or snowboard fitting in the comfort of their accommodation.
Why make a booking?
By taking advantage of Rhythm’s Platinum Service, customers will be fitted out quickly and any special requests (for example specific skis or style of board) will receive immediate attention. Plus, Platinum customers will never have to take valuable time out from skiing or snowboarding to exchange equipment or enjoy some shopping!
How do you book?
Rhythm’s Platinum Service is only available by booking through one of their selected partners. These include Nisade, Niseko Wow, The Niseko Company, Ki Niseko, HTM, Niseko Black, Niseko Boutiques, MNK and Taiga.
What’s included?
The service consists of an in-house rental fitting managed by a dedicated team of experienced technicians. Customers will also have access to in-house shopping, plus the ability to swap their gear at any time during their stay. Gear will be picked up from their accommodation at the end of their holiday.
How does it work?
Once customers have booked with one of Rhythm’s partners and provided them with the required information (for example height, weight, skiing/snowboarding style), the Platinum team will arrange a time to meet at their accommodation in Niseko. A range of the latest ski and snowboard hardware will be brought along for the customers to try on, along with a selection of Rhythm’s most popular accessories including gloves, goggles and face masks. Customers can swap their gear at any time simply by contacting the Platinum team. Once they have finished skiing or snowboarding, equipment can be left at their accommodation and returned on their behalf.
