1. Road Riding

The region is home to quiet, wide open roads that wind in and around the scenic countryside, offering routes for every kind of rider. 2. Mountain Biking
Like many ski resorts round the world, Niseko is starting to ramp up the off season by offering a range of trails for mountain biking. You can easily get off the beaten track by renting a mountain bike from us, along with any safety gear you may need.
3. Stand Up Paddle Boarding
Cruising the region’s lake, rivers and ocean on a stand up paddle board will give you a unique perspective of this stunning part of Japan plus you’ll get great workout. While a lot of restaurants in the main ski areas close during summer, eateries in the surrounding towns remain open. A great example is Kutchan Town, which is about 15 minutes drive from the Hirafu ski area. In Kutchan visitors can dine on delicious ramen noodles, Korean style bbq, sushi fresh from the sushi train or at the many quality Izakyas that will satisfy your cravings for yakitori, teriyaki, gyo-za, zangi (fried chicken) along with loads of other delicacies.
